Return and Refund Policy

All purchases made on Elastica.app are final and non-refundable unless otherwise specified in this policy. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Paid Content

Once purchased, digital content (including tutorials, educational videos, and guides) is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Subscription to Newsletters

Newsletter subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.

Exceptional Circumstances

We may grant refunds in the following cases at our sole discretion:

Duplicate charges due to a billing error
Content not being delivered or accessible due to technical issues on our end
Unauthorized charges reported within 7 days of the transaction

Payment Processing
